1) Letter mailed to J. S. Cain of Bodie California. Letter has a Hugh Brown stamp on it. Second letter has Metson's signature. Contents about Aurora property being sold for taxes and clearing the titles. 1903 Strike is excellent. Bodie received cancel on reverse, readable but weak. 1910 cover has a cc of Campbell, Metson & Brown. 2) "Rush / Important Market Letter" says the legal sized cover. cc from G. S. Johnson, Mines & Mining Stock. Weekly market letter from Johnson is all about Palmetto (six pages with stock exchange prices. Includes a history of the Palmetto Mining District. Secretary/treasurer of the Palmetto Mining and Milling Company was Johnson. 1906. Nearly perfect machine strike. No month or year but identified as 1906 by Gamett & Nelson.
