Lot of two. 1) Warren T Golding, constable and Indian trader: Called a plucky little officer by the local papers. He moved to Wadsworth in 1880. Letter is addressed to JS Cain of Bodie, asking him to send Mono Lake salts to help treat some of the "Chief Indians for weak eyes." 2) JO Gregory, Indian and post trader: Farmer in charge of Pyramid Indian Reservation during the Pyramid Lake Indian War. Later moved to Schurz and was involved with Wovoka. These are two key Native American events in Nevada. Extensive biographies are included.
