Two Jemez Pieces: 1) Vase by Natalie Sandia. 6.25" h x 4" diameter, feather, bird and flower designs. Natalie Sandia was born on April 2, 1966 in Jemez, the daughter of Wilbert and Geraldine Sandia. She has been active in the creation of clay art since about 1992. Her work carries on the tradition of shape and design established by her mother, but also with innovative elements such as the tall, elegant vase shown here. The painting on the pottery is solid and sharp with detailed designs, and is signed by Natalie. 2) White clay seed pot by Tom Sanore.
