Lot contains two hefty rock specimens, approximately 2.2 and 5.0 pounds, that are attributed to the Mammoth Mine near Mammoth, Utah. This was a copper-gold-silver-lead-zinc-arsenic deposit with a known history back into the 1870s. These specimens display significant copper oxide mineralization, mostly malachite, cementing together hydrothermally altered rock.
