Signed by Louis Schloss as secretary and JC McCormick as president. Interesting? That is half of the stocks issued. Red border and gold lettering. No condition issues. 2) Velvet Gold Mining Company. 1907. Number 70 for 90,000 shares to the Goldfield Merger Mines Company. The Goldfield Merger Mines would soon own the Velvet Gold Mine. [Huntington Library Finding Aid to the Goldfield Merger Mines] Signed by A. A. Codd and John Erikson. Codd was active in mining interests in Goldfield and Rawhide.
