This is an unusual pair. The first is by the Continent Stereoscopic Co. of New York. The view is labelled as "C Street, Virginia City, Nevada--looking North." No way is this Virginia City. Keystone View Co. #16759, labelled "A Silver Mining Camp Nestled in the Mountains, Nevada." This has been reinterpreted to be the Black Hawk/Central City area in Colorado.
