These two pewter(?) or brushed nickel(?) belt buckles represent the US ARMY 4th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Squadron, known as "APACHE." The troop carries a red and white flag with the number 4 in the top, red half, and the number 1 in the bottom, white half. The word "APACHE" appears and the top of the buckle, and "ON THE WAR PATH" appears across the bottom.
