1) Central Pacific Railroad Way-bill for powder transported from Sacramento to Carson City, August 28, 1879. Blue Virginia & Truckee stamp (Sept. 1, 1879). 3.5" x 14" with some glue/staining on left side. 2) Virginia & Truckee Railroad Co. Shipping Bill, Feb. 3rd, 1887. Shipment of 5 sacks of bullion from the Morgan Mill to W.H. Patton, who was superintendent of the Consolidated Virginia Mining Company. 3.5" x 8.25" with toning. The Morgan Mill was located on the Carson River.
