Lot of 15 early postcards: 8 exterior views and 7 interior views. Exterior views: all different, five mailed (c.1906-1909), including one of the building at night. Interiors: five different, includes room where the metal is converted to coin, balance weighing silver dollars, room where the rough edge is put on coins, room where the alloy is separated from the metal, and the room where they determine the correct weight of various coins. Two of the interior crds were mailed. The mint at Philadelphia was the first in the U.S., created by the Coinage Act of 1792. (Prag Collection) Philadelphia Pennsylvania HWAC# 31409
