This is a lot of three rough-hewn wooden ladders, probably built on-site for an underground mining operation in Utah in the late 1800s, possibly the Cave Mine. Two have dado joints and the third has lap joints. All use square peg nails to attach the steps to the vertical risers. Geff Pollock Collection
