We believe that the United Milling Company is a Nevada Company and believe that it is the same company that can be found in Reno newspapers. There are 40 stock certificates all issued on April 18th and 15th of 1930. The first appearance of the company was on March 25, 1929. At that time the stock was selling for 26 cents a share. It was noted that United Milling expected to build a plant in Sodaville to treat the ïGiantÍ ores from the nearby mines. The company also took out a lease on a copper property south of Mina in the Munt Montgomery District. On April 25, 1930 the United Milling Company stick was suspended never to be traded again. The paper on April 26th said that the affair had a ñRather depressing effectî on all mining stocks in Nevada and it is expected that all stocks will take a turn for the worse. It is the last mention of this company. Date 1930 Sodaville, NV hwac 20026
