Beautiful and rare 1830's percussion shotgun with excellent silver inlays, nice engraving and beautiful pattern Damascus barrels. Straight stock with iron trigger guard/pistol grip. Original ramrod, with excellent wood and minor of-the-period repairs. Matching engraved hammers, twin triggers and gold inlays on the breach end of the barrels’ metal butt piece. Overall a beautiful example of pre-breach loading shotgun design. Excellent functioning mechanism. 32” 16 ga. barrels. Overall nice piece of early Americana. State: City: Date: ID#45744
