Self-identified RPC, August 31, 1907. Signed by Chas. Shows the opening (we presume) of the Baker and Kromer store. A long line of ladies and gentlemen wait outside for the doors to open. The store is actually in Mazuma, but Mazuma had not received a post office yet, so the postcard was mailed in Vernon. Baker would wander the area with known stores in Lovelock in 1900 and 1910 and Rochester in 1914. Bio on Baker and notes on the history of Vernon. City:Vernon, Humboldt Co. State:Nevada Date:1907
