Lot of 4. 1) Sketch of Mining Timbers in Use at the Gould & Curry Mine, Virginia, Nev. Interesting view of interior framework, no doubt from Tahoe timber. Measures 24" x 36". Scale: 1 inch to 1 foot. Some water damage in center. 2) Cross Sections Virginia Mines, Comstock Lode. Shows cross sections of Potosi and Hale & Norcross w/ geologic key. Measures 20 1/2" x 15 1/2". Scale 200 feet to 1 inch. 3) Cross Sections Virginia Mines, Comstock Lode. Shows cross sections of Savage, Bonner Shaft (Gould & Curry), and Mexican. Measures 22" x 15 1/2". Scale 200 feet to 1 inch. 4) Cross Sections Gold Hill Mines, Comstock Lode. Shows cross sections of Eclipse, Consolidated, Crown Point, Yellow Jacket, and Empire. Measures 23" x 15 3/4". Scale 200 feet to 1 inch. Some of the cross sections have plates that are no longer attached, but still present.
