#74 issued 1899 to E A Hornbeck, National CIty & Otay RY, singed GM, grn card stock, ornate title, Hosford & Sons printer. Operational 1888 to connect the two towns, mostly operated in the red. In 1900 the engineer failed to see a cow on the track hitting it about 20 mph causing the train to go off the tracks.
