Letter signed by renowned Virginia City attorney W.A. Clark, son of Copper King William Clark who also served as a US Senator. Typewritten letter addressed to Mr. P. H. "Harry" Gohn of Pony, MT dated Feb. 22, 1906 regarding a property title deed. Rare. At this time, his father was a US Senator. In addition to being a lawyer and serving on boards for his father's mining interest, WA Clark Jr. collected antiquarian and fine press books as a serious hobby. His library of rare books and manuscripts, the William Andrews Clark Memorial Library, was donated to the University of California, Los Angeles upon his death in 1934.
