Preble W-107a. W.H. Upton / The Hub / Leadville, Colo. Pint flask, very faint purple, ground top, 7". Bubbles, haziness, ding on front face. Please inspect. In 1900, it was reported that William Upton and SF Johnson of the Hub were heading to Cripple Creek with the intention of opening a saloon there called the Glass Palace, with the whole room full of mirrors. Upton sold out his interest in The Hub saloon in 1901.
