Early #9 to Abner Wade for 20 shares on September 19, 1863. Signed by secretary Isaac Thorne and president George Whitney. Incorporated June 1863. Location was the Wallace ledge in the Indian Mining District located in Humboldt County, Nevada Territory. Vignette of a Native American riding a horse and brandishing a spear. Towne & Bacon of San Francisco printer. No edge, corner, pin hole or discoloration issues. Wade was co-owner of the Reed & Wade Mill in American Flat.
