The poster concerns one George Edward Richards who on June 29, 1904, absconded with funds from both the express company and the railroad in Bokeshe, Indian Territory (Oklahoma). It appears that he was a telegraph operator for one of the companies when he committed the crime. Can't find out if he was ever captured. This poster was issued on July 12, 1904.
