Wanted poster issued December 1, 1911 for the capture of the Indian brothers Mike & Wilson Harun for the murder of William Blake while in the performance of his duties as Deputy Constable of Redding, in the County of Shasta. The poster measure 9.5"x 14" and is for $500 each for the arrest and conviction. There was concern by local law enforcement, as well as Governor Hiram Johnson, that the $500 reward for each would not "stimulate" any action by local constables to go after the brothers. This is a great piece in great condition. Please see photos for more details. Redding California
