Two bad characters were wanted for different crimes on these two wanted posters from the early 1900s in Central California. The first was a T.C.B. Ayers, alias Thomas Deere, whose mug shots appear underneath large letters that read, "WANTED FOR FORGERY." The crime was done in Los Banos, CA, where he was also wanted for burglary of a store on the night of Nov. 16, 1915. Poster is 7.25" x 13", mounted and in pristine condition. The second circular is for U.S. Flum, alias W.S. Gray, for a bench warrant for jumping bond. The 8" x 13.5" poster, dated Oct. 16, 1919, out of Madera County, features his photo and description, even giving the locations where his relatives live. Except for a small tear top right, the poster is mounted and in pristine condition.
