Hole punched. 14.75 x 10" Two full sheets of coupons attached, also punched. This company was the reorganization of the Oregon & Washington Territory Railroad, which had been formed in 1886 to build from Wallula, Washington Territory to Pendleton, Oregon. Eventually integrated into Northern Pacific.
