Incorporated Jan. 11th, 1863. Location: Storey County, Nevada Territory (printed upper right). Low No. 11, issued for 25 shares to James Owen on Feb. 4, 1864 in San Francisco. Signed by president Edward Stone and secretary F.A. Brewer. Not cancelled. Small vignette of dog next to safe. Printed by JP LeCount & Co.'s Print. 25 cent IR stamp on left border. Folds, light wear. Brewer is also listed as the secretary for two other mining companies: New Mountaineer and Wealth Company. Stone is not listed. There is a J.R. Owen listed as a physician in Virginia City. No other reference to this mine could be located. Date: Location: Virginia City, Nevada HWAC# 60601
