2x Wells, Fargo & Co. Exchange Notes, Second of Exchange of the same day, consecutive - very rare occurence! 1) #285131 & #285132, both for $100 iised to Wells Fargo agent T.F. Tracy endorsed over to M. Conde, signed by Wells Fargo & Co. on September 19th, 1864. Both have a blue 2 cent GW IR stamp on left side and a 20c adhesive California state tax stamp on top. Both signed on reverse. These 2 executive exchange notes were signed in Placerville, a Central Californian Gold Camp. Please see condition in photos.
