Lot of 3 representative pieces from Wells Fargo & Co, including a framed portrait of express drivers, Bacon, Lairds, Brothers Giddings, Honey, Haskell and Cawley. They are all posing with their riding whips. The photo was taken in 1884 in Yreka, California. Also included is a circular issued by the company looking for 5 men who robbed the LaPorte Stage near Forbestown of $1,800 in gold dust and $600 in coin. The reward amount is $1,850. Last but not least, a lobby card from the 1951 Republic Picture, “Wells Fargo Gunmaster,” starring Alan "Rocky" Lane and his Stallion Blackie. Lane would later gain fame on television as the voice of Mr. Ed. All these pieces are mounted and framed and in very nice condition.
