The Western Colorado Congress was an organization composed of business men who live on what is known as the Western Slope. This meeting in Aspen was the second meeting of the organization. The booklet covers what happened in each of the three sessions, with a detailed report of the following Western Colorado counties: Delta, Garfield, Gunnison, Mesa, Ouray, Pitkin, Rio Blanco, Dolores, San Miguel, Eagle, La Plata, Montrose, and San Juan.
