Welcome to the “Western Frontiers Auction,” our October 2022 sale coming hot off the heels of our exciting summer auction series!

This 2,100 lot, four-day auction has collectibles in over a dozen categories including Native Americana, Mining, Express, Numismatics, Art, Bottles, Stocks, Militaria, and General Americana.

We continue to offer great rarities from the collection of Ponca City lawyer Gary Bracken. This sale includes Native Americana (baskets and pottery), tokens (Colorado and Oklahoma), foreign coins, Colorado bottles and billheads, and much more.

*Jim & Barbara Sherman Private Western Mining Museum Collection*
More great items from this unbelievable Tucson mining museum collection. Included in this sale is a Wild West/ Law & Order document group with signatures of key Western lawmen and figures including Pat Garrett, Emmett Dalton, Sam Houston, and a contract signed by both Buffalo Bill & Pawnee Bill! Other items include US gold coins, autographs, mining artifacts, militaria, and more.

*Nevada Express Collection*
This sale is the start of us selling a private world-class Nevada (and California) mining collection. Included in this auction is a fantastic Nevada philatelic/express section with Wells Fargo covers from numerous Nevada mining camps. We’re honored to continue offering Joe’s Nevada mining stocks to our collectors. This sale features over 50 different Nevada territorial stocks. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! And, as a bonus, most of Joe’s stocks come with research and stories he uncovered while curating this collection.

*Native Americana*
In addition to baskets and pottery from the Bracken Collection, our large Native Americana section has jewelry, beadwork, ephemera, and a large group of beautiful rugs and weavings.

In addition to pieces from the Sherman Collection, we’re also offering rare military collectibles from a few other private collections. This sale has items from the Mexican War, Civil War, Indian Wars, and both World Wars including photographs, autographed documents, and artifacts.
