Signed by the vice president, secretary (Adams), and treasurer (Lyles). Not cancelled. Gilt border and vignette of Colorado state seal. Folds and some creases, one pinhole. Very clean. 7.5" x 11.25" Not listed in Corregan & Lingane. According to the Leadville Daily Herald, April 8, 1881, the company purchased the Pomeroy lode, the Little Cora lode, 1/6 of the Cora Bell, 1/6 of the Laura, and 2/3 of the Bonnie Lassie.
