Germany White Porcelain: Six (6) white porcelain medals. (1) Freilichtmuseum Klockenhagen souvenir medal. East Germany, Meissen White Porcelain, 39mm, Holed as issued. Unc (2) 1922 Oberammergau,47mm White Meissen porcelain with gold highlights. Commemorates the Passion Play Maria. Unc (3) 1922 White, 39mm, Meissen Porcelain medal. Badge of the patron saint of hunters, a stag's head with cross and rays above. The inscription reads, For the war memorial of the Dresden Jager. The reverse shows a hunting horn against a star with rays. The surrounding inscription identifies the four battalions. Unc (4) 1921 White, 48mm porcelain medal. Kronachbund-Sachsengautag, Meissen. Plant on the reverse. Unc (5) 1940 White, 48mm Meissen porcelain medal. Commemorates the surrender of France to Germany in 1940. On the obverse is the railway carriage, the Compiègne Wagon No. 2419 D in which the First and Second Armistice at Compiègne were signed. The obverse inscriptions proclaim "The Armistice of 1918 is erased, Ceasefire in France, June 25th 1940 at 1:35 AM." The reverse shows the swastika in a wreath with the inscriptions reading: "The war imposed on us must lead to the most glorious victory in German history." Unc (6) Small 1837 porcelain medal, major cracks. Sold as is.
