Two passes issued for the 1916 year to Charles Long and Mrs. Charles Long. Long was the livestock agent for the railroad. Some light soiling. Stamp signed by John Ringling as president. Ringling was the most famous of the Ringling Brothers, known for their traveling circus monopoly. The town of Ringling, Montana is named for him. The railroad was built in 1910. (Prag Collection)
