Vignette of a queen. Security Banknote Company, Philadelphia. Lower on plate is identifying number 1289. Reverse is hallmarked John Seller & Son / Sheffield / England; an engraver who also had an office in New York and was popular with banknote companies. Plate is 2.5 x 5"
