3 articles recovered from the Easton trunk found at the S.S. Central America shipwreck. 1.)Mrs. Easton's night time dressing gown. Significant degradation along the bottom foot. 1 1/2" wide cotton floral, lace patterns around the collar and all the way down the front closure to the bottom. 4 button holes, none present. Two rows, about 4" total of fancy lace around the cuffs in two parallel patterns. Sleeve length 17", overall length 50". From the Easton trunk. 2.) Woman's stockings, 17" long, 8" foot. Two parallel red lines in thread near the top. 3.) Scarf, 25x25", some degradation. Appears to be silk.
