Halsey Secretary of the United States Senate from Nellie Taylor Ross, five days after Franklin Delano Roosevelt appointed her the first woman Mint Director. 2) three invitations from Donna Pope, Director of the Mint, to the first minting of the 1983 U. S. Olympic Silver Dollar Coin at the San Francisco Assay Office. 3) Donna Pope autographed Ronald Reagan bronze medal. 4) two crisp uncirculated $1 Federal Reserve Notes autographed by Mary Ellen Withrow, Treasurer of the United States. "Yesterday is a cancelled check, tomorrow is a promissory note, but today is cash."
