A 1929 letter from O.A. Smith of the Trinity Congregational Church in Nogales, Arizona to Amanda Platt and the World Friendship Class of Barberton, Ohio. Smith thanks Amanda and her class for the box and letters the Ohio schoolchildren sent to the Mexican schoolchildren. Smith encourages the class to think of the Mexican children as "just like all children" and describes the state of education and immigration in Mexico. Also enclosed is an image of prospective Mexican immigrants at the U.S. immigration office.[ Nogales Arizona
