Lot of four includes a medal from the City of Long Beach, Calif., to a recipient, as embossed on reverse, "in grateful recognition of a duty well performed in the World War." Name of recipient was never engraved. Lady Liberty is embossed on the front, and medal has a red, white and blue ribbon with pin attached. 3-1/2 inches long. Also included are two liberty bond pinbacks, both 1/2 inch diameter, one reads, "Liberty V Loan," and the other "I own a Liberty Bond," with picture of Statue of Liberty and small bow and banner that says, "Liberty Loan I am Pledged!" A blank postcard of a cartoon of an airman carrying a missile, with sign "Tagged for Tokyo," and "Bundles for Hirohito," is included.
