This bottle is woven as a free standing piece and not over an existing bottle. It is woven willow incorporating sunburned willow for the design on the body of the bottle and the diagonal lines at the bottle neck. A project like this could have taken up to 6 months to complete. The base is 3” in diameter, it is about 10 1/2” tall and the bottle neck is 2 ½” tall with about a 1 ½ opening. The bottle is in great condition and from about the mid 1920’s.From Mina-Hawthorne-Benton region of Nevada.
