Wrentham Bank $2, Haxby G22. Several small holes. Haxby notes importantly: Surviving example not confirmed." Another rare note from Purser Hull's safe, recovered in 2014 and conserved about 2018.
In 1853, counterfeit bills on the Wrentham bank were circulated. Some of them resurfaced in 1855. In February, 1860, the same thing happened with counterfeit $3 notes.
