Unissued. Brown border and print with vignette of four Native Americans standing on ledge. Denver Litho. Company. This company was founded by Denver merchant and investor DG Peabody who was company president. They bought land with natural springs 4 miles from the Spinney Station at South Park on the Colorado Midland Railroad. They named these Colorado White Sulphur Springs. They also planned to build a hotel and bathhouse on the site. Peabody began the manufacture of a patent medicine cure, the Indian Wigwam Tonic Bitters. Bottles are known to exist. Records indicate that all million shares of the company were issued to one investor, James R. Maynes, so likely no issued pieces exist. 8.5 x 11"
